I'm welcome you all to hive music festival week 144 round 3 I am awsx938 and am beyond excited to be doing a praise drum solo today as my entry for the week 😄 am very sure it hasn't been done before I love exploring and being creative 😉 As an upcoming drummer with just a few months of experience under my belt, this is a dream come true for me. Funny how was a drummer prodigy in my early stage of growth.🤧
Truth be told that saying that's most. Professors use for there students especially math tutors LoL that says if you leave something for 1 day it will.leave you for 1 week so imagine me that has left drumming for more than 10ys.
Am a bit rusty but let me try my best to show if I still gat it. I guess you guys will be the judge of that 😂

Brief History of the Drum Set

Me gustó la frase que no conocía "Si dejas algo por 1 día, te dejará por 1 semana" Así es. Yo había escuchado otra que tiene el mismo sentido" la música es 10% de inspiración y 90% de transpiración" y "un minuto bien hecho de música tiene detrás varias semanas de práctica". Con todo esto para subrayar que lo que nos compartiste no solo fue talento sino largo tiempo de práctica - que se traduce en esfuerzo y disciplina-. Felicitaciones por todo ello y mil bendiciones para tí.

I liked the phrase I wasn't familiar with: "If you leave something for a day, it will leave you for a week." That's right. I had heard another one that has the same meaning: "Music is 10% inspiration and 90% perspiration" and "A well-crafted minute of music has several weeks of practice behind it." All this to underline that what you shared with us was not only talent but a long period of practice—which translates into effort and discipline.
