Hola queridos amigo, por aqui de vuelta después de unos días de ausencia, debido a muchos compromisos laborales y personales, pero muy pendientes de compartirle este nuevo post cargado de buenas anécdotas y fabulosas experiencias en torno a la lutheria.

Lo que comenzó como una responsabilidad y compromiso personal en querer seguir el legado artesano de mi familia ese año 2014, que en ese entonces era practicamente un hobbie, pasó a ser un oficio formal y el comienzo de una marca en representación de la Dinastía Figueroa.

Hello dear friends, back here after a few days of absence, due to many work and personal commitments, but very eager to share with you this new post full of good anecdotes and fabulous experiences around the lutheria.

What began as a responsibility and personal commitment in wanting to continue the artisan legacy of my family that year 2014, which at that time was practically a hobby, became a formal trade and the beginning of a brand on behalf of the Figueroa Dynasty.

Después de 2 años de arduo trabajo y compromisos con la tradición familiar y con las personas que cada día se sumaban a la familia AR por haber adquirido un instrumento del taller, me vi en la necesidad de hacer una de mis más grandes inversiones para el Balcón/Taller que disponía para fabricar y para atender a los clientes.

La felicidad me embargaba y me sentia muy contento en hacer mis primeras compras para este nuevo oficio. Tome el dinero ahorrado durante ese tiempo y me decidí a realizar las inversiones correspondientes para trabajar con más eficiencia, precisión y materia prima para varios años, ya que sentí que lo que comenzó como pasatiempo y con aras de continuar la tradición se convertiría en algo pruductivo a largo plazo y con la esperanza de que mis hijos pasen a la 5ta Generación de la Dinastía Figueroa.

After 2 years of hard work and commitments to the family tradition and to the people who every day joined the AR family for having acquired an instrument from the workshop, I found myself in the need to make one of my biggest investments for the Balcony/Workshop that I had available for manufacturing and for serving customers.

I was overjoyed and very happy to make my first purchases for this new trade. I took the money saved during that time and I decided to make the corresponding investments to work with more efficiency, precision and raw material for several years, since I felt that what began as a hobby and in order to continue the tradition would become something pruductive in the long term and with the hope that my children would pass to the 5th generation of the Figueroa Dynasty.

Pasé varios días comprando, ya que algunas herramientas y accesorios solo las conseguía en tiendas online y debia esperar que llegaran a Cumaná. El resto de las inversiones fueron compradas en la localidad, como las maderas y herramientas manuales. En un par de semana ya tenia todas mis compras en casa, era fabuloso ver todo lo que me habia dado este nuevo oficio que con mucha dedicación y confianza de las personas habia logrado y desde ese entonces me sentía más comprometido y orgulloso de poder continuar la tradición familiar.

I spent several days shopping, as some tools and accessories were only available in online stores and I had to wait for them to arrive in Cumana. The rest of the investments were bought locally, such as wood and hand tools. In a couple of weeks I had all my purchases at home, it was great to see all that this new trade had given me with much dedication and trust of the people I had achieved and since then I felt more committed and proud to continue the family tradition.
