Before I begin, let me take you back a little on the journey behind this song. I created it spontaneously, inspired by this week’s theme: "Let’s go for a coffee."

You’ll notice that the song ties into the idea of taking breaks—whether it’s a word of encouragement to step away from work for a moment or simply pausing to recharge. With this song, I hope to inspire workers, both young and old, including students who often push themselves too hard.

Your brain needs it. Step away from your routine, even if just for a little while, and return to your tasks later. If you ignore this need, you’ll only exhaust yourself, leading to burnout. You must take care of yourself.

And how do you do that? By scheduling timeouts—short breaks where you pause, reset, and refresh. You don’t even need coffee; a quick nap, a walk, or simply switching to a different activity can recharge your energy and creativity.
