¡Hola, amigos y amigas de la comunidad de Hive Open Mic! Para la semana 269, con la temática “The Last Time”, presento mi cover de “Durmiendo en el Lugar Equivocado” de La Adictiva, una balada de regional mexicano que logra transmitir el dolor y la nostalgia de un amor perdido. Esta canción, fue escrita por Fabián Pacheco y encaja perfectamente con la idea de una última oportunidad, un último encuentro con ese amor que marcó nuestras vidas.
La canción refleja de cierta manera esa lucha interna, entre el deseo de revivir un momento pasado y la culpa de estar atrapado en un presente que no llena el corazón. La temática “The Last Time” me inspiró a imaginar un escenario donde, por última vez, se busca cerrar un capítulo, por ejemplo con ese amor imposible, como sugiere este verso de la canción “¿Qué tal si nos vemos y nos escondemos? ¿Qué tal si lo hacemos por última vez?”.
