La semana pasada no pude compartir en esta, una de mis comunidades más especiales de Hive, ando en procesos de mudanza y en mi nuevo hogar todavía no cuento con el servicio de internet, así que se ha hecho cuesta arriba mantener un mínimo ritmo de conexión con el mundo digital. Sin embargo, esta semana necesitaba cantar por el mismo tema, conectar con mi espiritualidad para volver tener un equilibrio en muchas cosas y la música es mi mayor medio para esto.

La espiritualidad tiene mil formas de experimentarse y de vivirse, la expresión de la espiritualidad en el ser humano va ligado a sus creencias, sin embargo cada quien tiene la forma de conectarse a ese estado .

En mi caso mi vivencia de lo espiritual se potencia con la música, las notas musicales armando armonías desarman mi alma y lo conectan con lo más hermoso del universo.

Siempre he tratado de expresar mi ser espiritual de muchas formas, pero cantando ha sido la manera en que más me conecto con eso que llamamos plenitud y amor.

Para mí cantar es una práctica que me conecta a lo espiritual, si son letras y melodías que me gustan mucho más, así que esa es mi práctica para viajar a mi interior y sentirme una con el todo.

Esta canción de Spinetta me encanta porque el verso con el comienza resume todo este escrito.

"Si no canto lo que siento, me voy a morir por dentro'... Así de sencillo, sin la música y el canto , mi vida no tendría sentido, es lo que hace que mi ser espiritual se conecte con aquello que llamamos felicidad.

I couldn't share one of my most special Hive communities with you last week. I'm in the process of moving and I don't have internet service at my new home yet, so it's been hard to keep a minimum pace of connection with the digital world. However, this week I needed to sing about the same thing, connect with my spirituality to regain balance in many things and music is my biggest means to do this.

Spirituality has a thousand ways of being experienced and lived, the expression of spirituality in human beings is linked to their beliefs, however each one has the way of connecting to that state.

In my case, my experience of spirituality is enhanced by music, musical notes putting together harmonies disassemble my soul and connect it with the most beautiful thing in the universe.

I have always tried to express my spiritual being in many ways, but singing has been the way I connect the most with what we call fullness and love.

For me, singing is a practice that connects me to the spiritual. If they are lyrics and melodies that I like a lot, then that is my practice to travel to my interior and feel one with the whole.

I love this song by Spinetta because the verse with which it begins summarizes this whole writing.

"If I don't sing what I feel, I'm going to die inside"... So simple, without music and singing, my life would have no meaning, it is what makes my spiritual being connect with what we call happiness.
