10,000 Autumn Steps
Whenever I top 10k, I like to share the tale and pretend I am the king of @actifit, @cryptospa. My morning started out before the sun rose as I was on the road.
Every couple weeks, I flip into distribution mode as one of our partners needs 6000 local newspapers delivered. I didn’t know what I was getting into when I agreed to help get all of those out but it sure makes for plenty of steps.
This is what the dog walk steps looked like like a week ago. Cool nights and warm days and plenty of colourful leaves.
Here is what they looked like a short week later. Amazing how fast fall comes on, how awesome it the leaves are, and how fast they are done.

Now, almost fully bald and ready for a long winter.
10k steps through the city and the end in the forest with my furry little buddy is about as good as it gets.

I missed wandering around!
You know, I generally only get up to go somewhere. The wandering in the park is actually quite nice as a change of habit and extra enjoyment of the outdoors.

I didn't do an Actifit report, but I did a 3.5-hour walk yesterday! Have no idea how many steps it took, but every single muscle hurts today... 😃
Truth to be said, I didn't have such nice surroundings on a walk like you!
Oh yes 3 hours will definitely add those steps up. I was a little tired by the end of the day yesterday but worth it.
Just wait about a month when all those colourful leaves are gone and I am walking around in snow! You might not think it is so nice then!
