Let's Take A Look At Don't Toy with Me, Miss Nagatoro
This is one of the usual Crunchyroll specials I bring to you... Don't Toy with Me, Miss Nagatoro
Naoto Hachiouji is a quiet student who spends the majority of his time in his clubs art room practicing. One day while working on his manga in the library he meets Hayase Nagatoro, a loud and relentless teaser. Hayase reads Naoto's manga story, upon seeing how awkward he is, Hayase takes it upon herself to make Naoto her personal play thing, replacing his name and calling him Senpai from there on out.
Much to his annoyance, Hayase's daily tormenting reduces him to feeling embarrassed that she can torture him so mercilessly. But as time goes on, they spend more and more time together. This builds a rather odd and strange friendship between them that is built on teasing and general mischief.
Naoto starts to realise that being around Hayase can actually be a fun experience, and from there friendship and feelings start to become mixed.

Don't Toy with Me, Miss Nagatoro is quite an enjoyable series. As is usual for all of Crunchyroll's recommendation's to me, this an enjoyable watch with plenty of lewd viewing and references!
With the subject of art as part of the series, it really attracted me and made me continue on even when I wasn't sure if I would continue.
The topic of bullying is quite frank and frequent in the first half of the season, but please do give it a go and watch it through if you can. The story between the 2 of them builds throughout the bullying/teasing, and can be seen as the story progresses.
The art is very good, the colourings are very good and I enjoy it's all round interesting style. From the more serious character art, then on to the very entertaining and somewhat hilarious antics portrayed by the characters.
On to the music score which is really really REALLYYYYY GOOD!
The chosen music is very fitting throughout and at times is perfect beyond comprehension. I just love all of it and feel I couldn't have found a better score.
There is a second season which I am currently working through at the moment. Once I finish it, I will do a follow up post on that too. So far it is brilliant and adds even more entertainment following on from the first season.

uWu so…… it’s a nice one after all. since you mentioned lewd, then does that mean there are some fan service? hahahahah your crunchyroll really knows you 😂
Im gonna say that I don't purposly look for lewd, it just throws it at me😅
It seems like the plot is good and the anime would be fun to watch. I think I'll give it a chance. Thanks for the review.
Hope you enjoy it, give it some time and it might surprise you
I was just thinking of what anime to watch next luckily I've seen your post I really love the story of this one, I've read the manga years ago and I think it's time for me to binge watch this now owo
I never came across the manga before I saw the series. It's on my list to read one day.
I saw many memes of this girl haha I find funny the expressions she makes, although I never dared to see it for lack of time, maybe I'll give it a chance someday to entertain me for a while 😉
It's worth a watch for sure. I just let Crunchyroll pick for me now 😅
At the time when I saw this anime I liked it only because of the Opening, honestly. Nagatoro was always a very boring character for me, Senpai is another one that I didn't like very much, his victim personality and always letting himself be humiliated by her, and the other characters weren't that great either. I'm surprised at how popular this anime has become, but I imagine it's because of the plot and characters that make it so different from most RomComs today.
Good review.
The issue is that it has been done so much that it all molds into one for me.
I watched without the hype, so for me I got to see the series for what it is.
It's enjoyable and funny with humor. Can't go wrong with that for sure.
