Hay tanto que compartir y dar a conocer en cuanto al panorama mundial y las miles de cosas que están ocurriendo que solo queda ir a despejar la mente.
En mi caso me pongo a tocar música e incluso hago algo de improvisación para buscar relajarme y tener ese momento de paz y tranquilidad, así que es bonito de vez en cuando compartir algo con las personas y así estar trasmitiendo los sentimientos a través de la música.

There is so much to share and make known regarding the world panorama and the thousands of things that are happening that one must simply clear the mind.
In my case, I start playing music and even do some improvisation to relax and have that moment of peace and tranquility, so it's nice to occasionally share something with people and thus be transmitting feelings through music.
