I'm happy to share my trumpet interpretation of "The Swan," a Romantic lyric piece composed by Camille Saint-Saëns in 1886 as part of the Carnival of the Animals suite. The piece was originally written for cello and two pianos. The melody contains long notes and slurs, with an undulating, fluid motion that resembles the graceful movement of a swan on water. I love the piano's arpeggio accompaniment and the helpful modulations it employs in the harmony. The rhythm is a slow waltz tempo with a ¾ time signature. The dynamics are gentle, but with delicate crescendos and decrescendos. It has no lyrics; it's purely instrumental, but adaptations with text have been made, such as Stéphane Mallarmé's poem "Le Cygne" or lyrical versions such as "The Dying Swan" in ballet.

Me alegra compartir mi interpretación de trompeta de "The Swan", una pieza musical del lirismo romántico compuesta por Camille Saint-Saëns en 1886 como parte de la suite El Carnaval de los Animales. La pieza fue escrita originalmente para violonchelo y dos pianos. La melodía contiene notas largas y ligaduras, con un movimiento ondulante y fluido que se asemeja al movimiento elegante del cisne sobre el agua. Me encanta el acompañamiento de arpegios del piano, y las modulaciones útiles que emplea en la armonía. El ritmo es un tempo lento de vals con una cifra indicadora de compás de ¾. La dinámica es suave, pero con crescendos y decrescendos delicados. I love the concept of equalizing life. For those of us who love the art of combining sounds, it's important to create balances between the low, mid, and high tones to avoid distortions. Balancing work, studies, and family responsibilities is an art. If you dedicate yourself entirely to work and give 100% to that, you probably won't have time to prepare academically or do other things you love, and you may even be more likely to lose your family. Family is very important not only for society but also for well-being. No success in life, no matter how large the trophy, will compensate for failure in family life. Likewise, if we prioritize other things and forget to work, then problems with well-being and self-sufficiency can arise. Me encanta el concepto de ecualizar la vida. Para aquellos que amamos el arte de combinar los sonidos, es importante crear balances entre las notas graves, medias y agudas para evitar distorsiones. Llevar un equilibrio entre el trabajo, los estudios y las responsabilidades familiares es un arte. Si te dedicas a trabajar por entero y pones el 100% en eso, probablemente no tengas tiempos para prepararte académicamente, para hacer otras cosas que amas, e incluso puede que haya más probabilidades de perder a la familia. La familia guarda mucha importancia no solo para la sociedad sino para el bienestar. Ningún éxito en la vida no importa cuán grande sea el trofeo, sino que compensará el fracaso en la vida familiar. Igualmente, si priorizamos otras cosas, y nos olvidamos de trabajar, entonces pueden surgir problemas de bienestar y autosuficiencia. En la música toca muchas veces toca reducir los ruidos, las frecuencias molestas, mientras en toca atenuar la desinformación y las cosas que nos quitan la paz. Que disfruten de mi interpretación.
