The most beautiful era of the year is coming and the Holy Spirit is already felt in this beautiful community of #Music. I am pleased to share my interpretation of the «It's Beginning to Lot Like Christmas», a Christmas song composed by Meredith Willson in 1951. I have had the opportunity to listen to Bing Crosby versions and from Michael Bublé. The melody is cheerful and highlights notes such as tresillos and Saltillos, as well as the use of chromatisms. The song is in a constant 4/4 compass, with a syncopated rhythmic pattern and a tone in E Major. In my case, I interpret it in A Major. The lyrics talk about the transformation of the landscape with the arrival of Christmas, connecting to different symbols of the time, and with the Christmas spirit. When it comes to Christmas, it is a season full of nostalgia, but also highlights optimism and hope. The essence of Christmas is to share next to the people who care more and serve others.

Today I want to tell you about the initiative light the world. We live in a world of artificial lights, bustle, waste, and banquets. The world needs our light, our love, and our service. The reason we celebrate Christmas is Jesus Christ. He is the greatest gift of love for humanity. I have as a family tradition seen the history of the birth of Christ, and participate in service activities, as well as cultural activities with Christmas motifs. This year we will have a service activity in a coated house for children and we hope to wear clothes, music, toys, and food. When one makes this beautiful gesture, one discovers that his problems are insignificant and contrasts many times with those that happen in our lives. Then we begin to recognize the blessings and thank God for those he has brought in our lives.

It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas
Everywhere you go
Take a look at the five and ten
It's glistening once again
With candy canes and silver lanes aglow
It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas
Toys in every store
But the prettiest sight to see is the holly that will be
On your own front door

A pair of hop-a-long boots and a pistol that shoots
Is the wish of Barney and Ben
Dolls that will talk and will go for a walk
Is the hope of Janice and Jen
And Mom and Dad can hardly wait for school to start again
It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas
Everywhere you go
There's a tree in the Grand Hotel, one in the park as well
It's the sturdy kind that doesn't mind the snow

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas
Soon, the bells will start
And the thing that will make them ring is the carol that you sing
Right within your heart
It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas
Toys in every store
But the prettiest sight to see is the holly that will be
On your own front door

Sure it's Christmas once more.
