If there is something I feel satisfied with, it is doing what I like. The search for happiness is a human constant. Many times we want to try to please others and we forget about ourselves. Other rewards are a greater sense of achievement and personal satisfaction, it also allows us to express ourselves genuinely and without pressure, connect with other people and prevents us from stress, anxiety and depression. Imagine being in a place where you don't want to be, with people with whom you feel uncomfortable, and with routines that generate tension. Without a doubt, doing what we love contributes to a more fulfilling, meaningful and purpose-filled life. It is an investment in our mental, physical and social well-being that is worth making.

Si hay algo de lo que me siento satisfecho es de hacer lo que me gusta. La búsqueda de la felicidad es una constante humana. Muchas veces queremos tratar de complacer a otros y nos olvidamos de nosotros mismos. Eso puede ser un gran error y un callejón sin salidas. Cuando hacemos algo que nos apasiona, la motivación surge de forma natural, sin necesidad de recompensas externas. Esto genera un estado de flujo que nos hace sentir felices y realizados.
