Hello everyone 🤗. I am still your girl @yhubee. It's Vibes Web 3 Music Competition Week 5 and I am here with my entry for the week.
My rendition is the cover of the song Like my Father by Jax

Everyone wants to have a loving family and live happily ever after. This was the wish of the artist of this song . She loved the kind of relationship her parents shared and wished to have one as well.

I once came across a post on the social media and this song was played as the background sound in a content creation. A lot of people gave various comments. I saw people who never wished to have men like their fathers because of one thing or the other while others said the reverse.

For me, I want to build a loving home where my children will grow into and find us ( their parents) worthy of emulating. This is because my parents have done same for me.
I've always loved the kind of relationship my parents share so anytime I listen to this song I understand the point of view of the artist.

Most children grow up having a lot of trauma that can be traced back to their family, how they were raised, the things they saw. All this things have a way of molding us into who we are or choose to be .

I want to have a family that even when outside feels like war ; despite the things life throws at me, I'll always come home to find peace 🕊️. Yes! What's a home without peace ?

I used to have a phobia for marriage but lately I've been working on that. I know that marriages may not be all rosy but when there is love, everything will always fall back into places because it can be sorted out amicably by the partners.
I believe that I'd find the kind of man I've always wished for in my partner 😍
