Three Tune Tuesday: Paul Anka - Birthday boy #8 [En-Pt]
Welcome to my #TTT #ThreeTuneTuesday entry!
Today I want to talk to you about a birthday boy who is well known all over the world, at least to those over 40.
His name is Paul Anka and he was born in Ottawa, Ontario on July 30, 1941. Writer, singer, composer and even actor, his life has never been one of rest or idleness!
His goal was always to reach the world's top sales charts.
His first album was released when he was just 14 years old, mind you!
He was the composer of several hits, including one of the best-known songs that made Tom Jones famous, called “She's a Lady”, which has always been associated with the Welsh singer.
He had an enviable voice and an energy on stage that pulled anyone into his presence, making it almost impossible not to listen to him.
Throughout his long and prolific career, he has released more than 33 albums, among many. And he has recorded more than 33 films, including an episode of the famous American cartoon TV series “The Simpsons”. In the sixth episode of the seventh season, Paul recorded the voice for his character in the episode “The Treehouse of Terror IV”

De seu nome Paul Anka, nasceu em Ottawa, Ontário no dia 30 de Julho de 1941. Escritor, cantor, compositor e até mesmo actor, sua vida nunca se pautou pelo descanso ou pelo ócio!
Sempre tinha como objectivo chegar aos tops de vendas mundiais.
Seu primeiro álbum foi lançado quando ele tinha apenas 14 anos, veja-se bem!
Compositor de vários êxitos cantados por si, e mesmo um dos mais conhecidos que celebrizou Tom Jones, uma canção de nome "She's a Lady", que foi sempre associada ao cantor galês.
Dono de uma voz invejável, e uma energia em palco, que puxava qualquer um para a sua presença, tornando praticamente impossível não o deixar de ouvir.
Ao longo da sua longa e prolifica carreira, lançou mais de 33 álbuns, entre muitos. E gravou mais de 33 peliculas, destacando-se um episódio da famosa série televisiva Norte-Americana de desenhos animados: "Os Simpsons". O episódio sexto da sétima temporada, Paul gravou a voz para a sua personagem no episódio "The Treehouse of Terror IV"
