Edward Joel Kowalczyk was born on July 16, 1971. Of Polish descent, this American singer, songwriter, musician and founder of the well-known group - Līve, LĪVE, or +LĪVE+, has always stood out for his clear voice and perfect diction. Anyone born in the 70s and 80s will undoubtedly remember this singer.

Although the band only existed with the singer present, the albums were packed with hits, track after track, making the choice of just three songs that much harder.

I'll start with a song that always leaves me in awe of the vocal technique, but also of bassist Patrick Dahlheimer! Look how he can do what he "wants" on the bass... impressive!

For the second track, I had to choose the one that struck me the most... The ingeniously placed pauses, heightening the drama and leaving you wanting to continue the song, encore after encore...

Finally, I wanted to choose a song that would cause a break with the previous two, and what better than Lakini's Juice? A universe of voyeurs and fake performances is the central theme of the controversial video clip.

Com ascendência polaca, este cantor Americano, compositor, músico e fundador do grupo sobejamente conhecido - Līve, LĪVE, or +LĪVE+, sempre se destacou pela sua voz clara, e dicção perfeita. Seguramente quem é nascido na década de 70 e 80 recorda este cantor sem sombra de dúvidas.

Apesar de a banda ter apenas existido com a presença do cantor, os álbuns eram recheados de êxitos, faixa após faixa, tornando a escolha de apenas três canções muito mais árdua.

Começo com uma canção que me deixa sempre admirado com a técnica vocal, mas também com a marcada componente técnica do baixista Patrick Dahlheimer! Reparem como ele consegue fazer o que "quer" do baixo... impressionante!

Para a segunda faixa não poderia deixar de escolher a que mais me marcou... As pausas, engenhosamente colocadas, elevando o dramatismo, e deixando uma vontade de prolongar a música, encore após encore...

Por fim, quis escolher uma música que causasse alguma rotura com as duas anteriores, e que melhor que a Lakini's Juice? Um universo de voyeurs e de actuações falsificadas são o tema central do polémico video-clipe.
