Agradecida de la mano de Dios por este día más como dice la canción interpretada por Roberto Carlos titulada "La montaña" para mí no es sólo una melodía hermosa que encierra muchos mensajes de reflexión y de agradecimientos.

I am grateful to God for this new day, as the song "La Montaña" by Roberto Carlos says. For me, it's not just a beautiful melody that holds many messages of reflection and gratitude.

Cuándo fue sugerido este tema de montaña inmediatamente se vino a mi memoria esta canción que a pesar de haberla oído varias veces no había internalizado en su totalidad, cada palabra y el mensaje que nos transmitía.

When this mountain theme was suggested, this song immediately came to mind, which, despite having heard it several times, I had not fully internalized, every word and the message it conveyed.

Hace 30 años hice un taller de crecimiento personal, donde comparti con más de mil personas, durante dos días; este tema "La Montaña" no sólo estaba incluido en el repertorio musical de las dinámicas vividas sino que allí se desarrollaron con esta y otras canciones y la variedad de dinámicas que me ayudaron a iniciar un proceso de sanación en mi vida, en la parte espiritual, me llené de paz interior y en la parte emocional, esto me ayudó a fortalecer mi convivencia con la familia, la relación con mis compañeros de trabajo, mis amigos y una mejor socialización con la comunidad en general.

Thirty years ago, I conducted a personal growth workshop, where I shared with over a thousand people for two days. This song, "The Mountain," was not only included in the musical repertoire of the activities, but it was also used to develop this and other songs, along with a variety of other activities that helped me begin a healing process in my life. On a spiritual level, I was filled with inner peace, and on an emotional level, it helped me strengthen my relationships with my family, my coworkers, my friends, and improve my socialization with the community in general.

La canción "La montaña" es como un himno cantado a la naturaleza y también una plegaria a Dios, a quién le doy gracias todos y cada uno de los días de mi vida apenas abro los ojos aún sin levantarme de la cama es una honra a la vida porque siento que me sigue regalando salud y energía para continuar

The song "La montaña"(The Mountains) is like a hymn sung to nature and also a prayer to God, to whom I give thanks every single day of my life. The moment I open my eyes, even before getting out of bed, it is an honor to life because I feel that He continues to give me health and energy to carry on.

Ahora estoy viviendo en un lugar campestre llamado Altagracia de la Montaña por el que le agradezco a mi esposo Luis Eduardo González Tejera quién me llevo a vivir a ese lugar donde él nació lleno de hermosa naturaleza y cuando salgo al porche de la casa puedo observar a diario la hermosura de sus montañas.

I am now living in a rural place called Altagracia de la Montaña, for which I thank my husband Luis Eduardo González Tejera, who took me to live in that place where he was born, full of beautiful nature, and when I go out onto the porch of the house I can observe the beauty of its mountains every day.

Siento que allá arriba, en las cima de las montaña oigo una voz que me llama y me dice: "Mamá, estoy aquí, más cerca de Dios y formo parte de su coro de ángeles".

I feel that up there, on the mountaintop, I hear a voice calling me and saying: "Mom, I am here, closer to God and I am part of his choir of angels."

Esa voz es la voz de mi hija Grhacia Chiquinquira, es una voz que me dice: mamá habla a cada madre y que aunque la mayoría de las madres cuidan y atienden en todo momento a sus hijos a veces es necesario hablar con mensajes de reflexión.

That voice is the voice of my daughter Grhacia Chiquinquira, it is a voice that tells me: Mom speaks to every mother and that although most mothers take care of and attend to their children at all times, sometimes it is necessary to speak with messages of reflection.

A mí me tocó vivir una dura experiencia de tener que cuidar a mi hija durante las 24 horas para vigilar su respiración y por ende su vida, cada día fue alterno con su padre, 8 horas de mañana, 8 horas de tarde, 4 horas de noche y 4 horas de madrugada durante 140 días desde el 20 de agosto del 2012 hasta el 7 de enero del 2013, ya que su condición de salud no le permitió más y a pesar de eso cada día le agradecía a Dios un día más de vida aunque estuviera lleno de agonía, incertidumbre y sufrimiento que aunque había miedo no perdía la fe y desde que se fue hasta el día de hoy vivo un día a la vez y agradezco al Señor porque puedo escuchar a un niño llorar porque puedo ver a un niño caminar o a millones de niños haciendo millones de cosas en su día a día.

I had the difficult experience of having to care for my daughter 24 hours a day, monitoring her breathing and therefore her life. Every day I alternated with her father: 8 hours in the morning, 8 hours in the afternoon, 4 hours at night, and 4 hours in the early morning for 140 days, from August 20, 2012, to January 7, 2013, since his health condition did not allow him to continue. Despite that, every day I thanked God for another day of life, even though it was full of agony, uncertainty, and suffering. Although there was fear, I did not lose faith, and from the day he passed until today, I live one day at a time and thank the Lord because I can hear a child cry, because I can see a child walk, or millions of children doing millions of things in their daily lives.

Desde allí desde la montaña gritaré bendiciones a todas las madres que tengan un hijo con una condición de salud especial que regalen a sus hijos el tiempo incondicional y su atención adecuada, dedicada con amor con fe y sin descuidarlos ni un sólo instante y que aprovechen cada minuto cada segundo cada día, agradeciendo y valorarando el apoyo familiar que gracias a Dios yo lo tuve.
Agradezco señor a mis padres, Agradezco señor a mis abuelos, Agradezco señor a mis hermanos, Agradezco señor a mis primos y Agradezco señor a mis amigos de alguna u otra forma me apoyaban. Agradezco al señor por regalarme una extraordinaria familia la consanguine y la que el tren de la vida me puso en el camino por afinidad.

From this mountaintop, I will shout blessings to all mothers who have a child with a special health condition, that they may give their children unconditional time and proper attention, dedicated with love and faith, never neglecting them for a single moment, and that they may cherish every minute, every second, every day, appreciating and valuing the family support that, thank God, I had.

I thank the Lord my parents, I thank the Lord my grandparents, I thank the Lord my siblings, I thank the Lord my cousins, and I thank the Lord my friends who supported me in one way or another. I thank the Lord for giving me an extraordinary family, both my blood relatives and those whom life brought into my life through affinity.

Agradezco Señor por regalarme el día, agradezco Señor por la noche, agradezco Señor por la salud y hasta agradezco Señor por la hora gris que me das para aprender y evolucionar como ser humano.

Por eso siempre diré te agradezco Señor por cada estrella que son para mi los ojos de mis seres amados que me dan luz para seguir el camino de la vida

From this mountaintop, I will shout blessings to all mothers who have a child with a special health condition, that they may give their children unconditional time and proper attention, dedicated with love and faith, never neglecting them for a single moment, and that they may cherish every minute, every second, every day, appreciating and valuing the family support that, thank God, I had.
