Solve The Riddle & Win a $1 Up-vote [#TTT Week 1] - "When Not In Rome.... "
The Tune Tune Train keeps rolling:
The Tune Tune Train is a challenge I came up with based on the Three Tunes Tuesday format. It´s a TTT with a riddle!
How does it work?
I will give you three great songs and you can win a $1 Ecency boost if you tell me what connects the songs.
A connection can be: they are all about flowers, they have the same drummer, they all sing about Pink Mushrooms, or they are all kids from famous parents. Just to give an idea of what a connection might be.
It´s up to you Dear Reader to figure out what connects the Tune Tune Train. The first one who drops the solution in the comments gets a $1 boost on their next post!
Or you can just wait till I solve the riddle in next week's post.
And these were last week's songs:
Kirsten Richard - Ons is Groot
Elvis - In The Ghetto
Ralph McTell - Streets of London
Last Week's Clue Were
Clue; Happy New Year
Hint In The Title; Old Year
We Have No Winner
Really?
No Winner??
I did the exact same riddle last year, and probably will in the last week of this year. So you guys and girls better pay attention and remember what I am gonna tell you now:
All songs came from Tune Tune Train riddles published by yours truly in 2023. They must have sounded familiar, and for those with a short-term memory thing at least the last two should still be buried somewhere in your brain tissue.
Here we go again!
All Aboard!
Are You Ready To Riddle?
I was listening to an old Switchfoot song and then I saw this one pop up, and I just had to share it. These guys have simple pure 00s sound that I sometimes long for....melancholic old me.
Now these guys I found putting together the riddle, and it feels as if it had to be this way. They are damn good and I never heard of them so for sure there is more to come from Thrice this Friday in My Midnight Gems Sessions.
Lets end this with one of the best pop song from the last 10 years, or is it even older? I don´t remember it feels like yesterday and it still sounds as good as when I found it the first time.
Here, Have A Clue
Really Ancient Stuff
If you still have no clue, and nobody else does there will be another hint this Friday.
Let me know in the comments if you figure out what connects these three songs. If you need another hint, check out my Midnight Gems Session this Friday!
Because the First to get it right, gets a nice $1 Ecency Boost!
The connection and winner will be featured in next week's #TTT
Previous Tune Tune Train Rides:
None so far this year building a new list
Im not sure about the riddle this time, seems quite tough! I only know of the one big hit by Bastile, I wasnt aware they did one of the best pop songs though.
I have picked this post on behalf of the @OurPick project which will be highlighted in the next post!
Please consider voting for our Liotes HIVE Witness. Thank you!
Maybe I should have said that Best Pop Songs ever in my humble opinion. And it might indeed be a tough one, but if you see it it´sooo obvious....well guess that´s almost always the case with riddles.
Thanks for picking my riddle and spreading the #TTT vibe!
Are they all based on mythology? Greek? Roman? Isn't Switchfoot a Christian band? I feel like they are, but I don't remember for sure.
Damn!!!
I heard the Christian, but I was not aware. I just loved these guys for years, simple straightforward honest rock . But you are right on both accounts:
And all songs are based on figures from Greek Mythology, I am impressed!
Thanks for playing and that boost is coming your way!
Thanks, I appreciate it. Just saying, I don't think there is anything wrong with Christian rock bands despite what Hank Hill says, but it's pretty rare that any of them have crossover success.
Well we came across a couple of pretty good one last year if my memory serves me right.
It´s just that with these guys I truly didn't notice as the just rock like hell!
Damn!
It feels like my head is blank cos I couldn’t think about anything, lol
Seem like some philosophical things…
Well sort of more a historical thingy, and someone got it right in the comments if you are curious !Pizza
I love these songs you picked especially the third song, it's lovely
