My Musical Sunday School Sessions - What Kinda Gods Fall From The Sky?

Last week we saw how Sumerian stone tablets told about the Annunaki, now these Annunaki can be translated as Sky People, but more literally those who came from the heavens to the earth.

The Sumerian stories had a lot, and I mean a lot of similarities with the Old Testament and the Genesis story.

What Type Of People Come Falling From The Sky?

People falling from heaven, in modern times this theory has been frequently discussed.

Would it not make sense that the GODs were cosmonauts?

It would help to explain so many things that I consider odd today.

Now you may ask, or at least wonder what do you consider weird today WhyWhy?

In general, I think humans are weird, they have this Je Ne Sais Quoi that I do not see in other animals.

It shows itself best in their need to preserve history personally and globally, their shame for doing natural things like having sex or pooing in public, and their need to overthink trivial matters such as what we will eat today (I mean I have never seen a Lion waking up and thinking, today I feel like Antilope).

Humans are odd, slightly out of tune with the animal kingdom of which I consider them to be part.

Now this can all be the cause of evolution and the whole nature/nurture story because if you were raised by dogs and then find humans you probably poo wherever you feel the need to.

But it´s more about how we as a society ended up designing a non-natural status quo.
How have the need to contemplate life, and the urge to document everything?

On top of that, why do we hunger for love, acceptance, and approval?

Disturbing the Balans

Again it just might be our upbringing.
But what if it's something more profound?
Something that lies a little deeper, like just under the surface, like in our DNA perhaps?

Okay, let me get back to those Sumerian stone tables and explain why these 8,000-year-old pieces of rock with scribblings seem to confirm one of my suspicions.

The Demiurge

We had several Dead Sea Scrolls talking about traveling with the GODs and Ezekiel's story would be the one that really talks about their flying machine:

But I have found and written about several of such trips documented in those scrolls.

But the one story that these Sumerian insights really throw new light on for me would be that of the Demiurge, the deity that created the physical world.

Apocryphon of John

This scroll provides one of the most detailed accounts of the Demiurge his creation of the material world.

Hypostasis of the Archons

Describes the Demiurge and his rulers (archons) as the beings who control the material world and keep souls imprisoned.

Gospel of Judas

Judas´ Gospel contains a narrative where Jesus explains that the God (that created man) worshipped by the apostles is a lower entity, implying the Demiurge, and presents a more complex cosmology with higher divine beings.

His Personality

Now we are always told that god is love, but if you read some Biblical stories you wonder if that is really true. Now maybe those stories were talking about The Demiurge.
This Deity is often depicted as ignorant of the higher, true God and the spiritual realms. He believes himself to be the only god, unaware of the greater divine reality beyond his creation.

This ignorance leads to a flawed creation, marked by imperfection and suffering.

Last week I wrote about how the lower beings, possibly the Archons wanted someone to do their dirty work creating the Earth. They messed around a bit failed, and in the end, revolted against the Annunaki.

To keep the peace the Annunaki took some blood from a slain opposing God and mixed that with something from the Earth and oops there we were: The flawed creation, meant to suffer for eternity.

The Demiurge is often depicted as a tyrannical ruler, imposing strict control over his creation and enforcing laws that bind humanity to the material world.
His desire for control is driven by a need to maintain his illusion of supremacy and prevent the ascent of human souls to higher spiritual realms.

Humans were created to do the dirty work, to suffer, to feel stuck in their lives. To be trapped by need, greed, lust, and fear.

I talked about that as well, and even that those Archons were playing the same game, the game to keep humans from moving on:

Now just let go of the name of that deity, and imagine what you would create when you are the most intelligent being on the planet.

You would create another being that looks up to you, that thinks it needs you, that is longing for your love and approval. Even after you already left the planet thousands of years ago.

Their Creation

The thing that eludes me most about humans is the fact that they are so different from any other animals and still so similar.

Chimps are 98.8% genetically similar, making them one of our closest relatives in the animal kingdom.

Combining that with the fact that the Sky People promised their slaves to have slaves to do the hard work on Earth, and then playing with the blood of one of the GODs to create those slaves for their slaves might account for us being one step up from chimps.

Maybe we are the chimp 2.0 talking & wearing designer clothes.

Then again we have also 60% similarity to a Banana....

But I guess if you know what to modify in DNA to design a species that better serves your purpose 1% will do.

And they, the Sky People were masters of DNA, or that is how it seems if you look at their lifespan. Remember the Biblical stories telling us about people who got extremely old? Seems those guys had encounters with the Annunaki as well but more about that next week.

Bikini Bottom Line

In the scrolls, they call the deity Demiurge, the Sumerians called them those who came from the heavens to the earth.

Both created the material world as we know it, both have the need to keep their creation from evolving and understanding there are many realms beyond the one they are stuck in.

Both had their intentions in mind and not those of their creation, which is never a good thing if you end up being part of that creation. The creation is flawed and suffers until they free themselves of the genetic chains of their creator.

This has been described by Mary and others, that this world is filled with suffering and that we need to follow that path that will set us free, the path to true divinity.
