Though I did some serious rewiring already, I am starting to see how stuck I have been in that scarcity mindset.
Limiting myself for decades....
Because planning a future feels like a luxury when survival is the focus.

The times they are changing, not my direction, but my flow. Avalon is still where we are headed, but with a balanced mind.
I tried to explain what a balanced mind looks like, but none will do a better job than him.
If- all was balanced, the earth would be mine, there would be nothing left to fight for because I would be the end stage of humanity.
If I were what Kipling described, I would find my peace and have finished the game called life
Ifโ Rudyard Kipling 1865 โ 1936
If you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs and blaming it on you;
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you,
But make allowance for their doubting too;
If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,
Or, being lied about, donโt deal in lies,
Or, being hated, donโt give way to hating,
And yet donโt look too good, nor talk too wise;
If you can dreamโand not make dreams your master;
If you can thinkโand not make thoughts your aim;
If you can meet with triumph and disaster
And treat those two impostors just the same;
If you can bear to hear the truth youโve spoken
Twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools,
Or watch the things you gave your life to broken,*
And stoop and build โem up with wornout tools;
If you can make one heap of all your winnings
And risk it on one turn of pitch-and-toss,
And lose, and start again at your beginnings
And never breathe a word about your loss;
If you can force your heart and nerve and sinew
To serve your turn long after they are gone,
And so hold on when there is nothing in you
Except the Will which says to them: โHold onโ;
If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,
Or walk with kingsโnor lose the common touch;
If neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you;
If all men count with you, but none too much;
If you can fill the unforgiving minute
With sixty secondsโ worth of distance runโ
Yours is the Earth and everything thatโs in it,
Andโwhich is moreโyouโll be a Man, my son!
That poem is in the public domain, so no copyright issues, for those who are still sour after reading this epic insight.
I am on a journey, if I finish it, I wonder how close I get, IF......
Thank you for making it this far....for those who know me...or better, think they know me, this might have been a WTF moment.
For me, this is a WTF journey, but I finally know my destiny: Avalon and reaching it with a balanced mind.
Reaching it aware of my wounds, my traumas, and working on that balancing act that could make the mind reach its full potential.
Not that I think I will be able to reach perfection in one lifetime or ten, but I at least looked at things from both sides now.
But be aware, a balanced mind might hide the unseen war between outer silence and inner chaos, never revealing that balance is seemingly and in truth only is a mask, a trap.
Those who are seemingly balanced are the ones that I trust most, because being human means repressed trauma, emotional imbalance, and above all others psychological duality.
A fine poem by the famed poet, Kipling and it has a lot to teach. Going through all phases of life without being influenced negatively by any of them is the goal. I have often burned with the desire to build myself so I can withstand both good and bad times. Because even good times, if not properly managed, can leave negative imprints on people's lives.
I really like what you said about good times badly managed, need to think about that a bit more, but this poem I found thinking about that, unbalanced brain of mine and it was so well fitted. It probably will be the theme for the next couple of days, thanks for a great comment !PIMP
