Beyond The Looking Glass is the second book in the Unseen series, a story that came to me from the other side. A story where I thought I was just the narrator until I heard the Words of the Unseen.
This second story goes beyond time and place and mixes the long ago with the here and now. Because history keeps repeating, until we learn and do something about it.

Beyond The Looking Glass - Words of the Unseen - Chapter 154

As I sit here, I realize that this craziness is levels above insanity, so elevated that it can only be true.
Our shared love for humans and the planet, even though I did very well hiding mine for a long time.
But all that time I have been planning, and I was thinking that this time, I had to save the world alone.
This time I would be without Numico, Reiko, and Cabilah.
How could I have been so blind?
I met Sei before; I should have known.
Nothing happens without a reason, so why was there something different in the way she treated me?
Some unexplainable tenderness.
That damn mist, every now and then I remember, and then it goes again, but I just saw it.
Sei and I enter the student room, and she is telling me that I put her on my path in this life.
And now, now it seems we both made the choice to become human once again. Although her road must have been very different, as she had to make sure I got my message.
Oh, how she must have felt watching stumble, blind as a bat, not remembering any second she and I spent together previously.
How she was not allowed to speak, but how she could not hide and hold it all in. I knew by the soft look in her eyes that there was more, how she must have wanted to tell me.
She did not; she played by the rules, and I was too busy running away.
It is starting to make sense how her touch, but above all, her words that carried the intonation of a high priestess, always held a hint of submissivity.
Why would they? I always wondered about that. I was in awe of her presence, but she made me feel like her equal.
She was the wisest being in the room, but she remembered me, she remembered Martio.
Her touch, her eyes, both carried this warmth, of which she never spoke a word. How I made her suffer being so far away from the man I was and the man I am now.
And now I am holding her, holding Sei, my little lovely Sei.
My serious mentor, my wise little girl who was always so many steps ahead, but did not know what to do with that knowledge.
She, Sei, was here in my arms.
She was the face. It was Sei. She looked so young, it must have been during one of our first nights together back in my cabin- The last time I saw that face was over a thousand years, but her face is still locked in my brain.
Birth did not erase all evidence; it did not erase what I tried to hold on to, it hid it well, but I remembered, and uncousinously I remembered for years.
She was the one person in that life in which my heart was closed for so long, to whom I opened up completely.
She did so with me, even after the terrible things that happened to her; she trusted me after her village was plundered and her family massacred.
We have been a unity since, a force able to bend time. Finding each other lifetime after lifetime. Meeting in so many different roles.
How often did we truly remember, and how often were we unable to explain?
How could we explain why this person, this encounter, that might have only taken days or hours, has meant so much to us throughout that life?
We are a unity once again, and itยดs unbelievable how she possessed bodies across the crevasses of the universe to remind me of my own message.
She found a way to reach me when I could not hear her from the beyond; she spent eternity learning lessons so my message would arrive when it was meant to arrive.
When did she know the message would be received?
When did she decide that her love for life on earth was bigger than anything else, and to dedicate her spirit to a carnal coil one more time?
When she did, she knew that darkness was approaching and taking hold of life on earth, and there were just a few like us to prevent the fall.
