Hello Everyone, it's good to be back again this week, today i present to you my entry presentation to Afritunes week 67. For this week i'll be performing a cover of a song by Nigerian Afro pop artiste by the name Fireboy Dml song titled "i'll be fine".
Apparently he sang this song before he rose to fame but the song blows after making it in the nigerian music industry. Basically, i chose this song because of the message it passes.
The singer made it known in the song that no matter what happened to him in his music career in terms of if he'll get the recognition or like we normally call it if he "blows" he made it known that he will be fine.
To me i believe the message this song passes serves as a means of encouragement to oneself most especially those of us that are giving everything in our profession but somehow worried or afraid of not getting the recognition we deserved, then this song is there to remind us we'll be fine.
Personally, i have always wanted to join the Afritunes community since i joined the Hive Blockchain back in April 2023 and be making my video entries on a weekly bases, but i wasn't couragious enough because in my head i used to think i'm new on the platform i will probably be overlooked if i drop my entry presentation or not see any comments. Yes, i was guilty of those thoughts but not until one day i came across this song again on my phone after a long time, it literally motivated me and speaks to me that boy go for it you'll be fine and ever since then it's no looking back for me.
