Show inesperado [Esp-Eng]

Buenas noches a todos!
Hoy paso a contarles una linda historia que me paso con una amiga y compañera de trabajo.
Esto fue asi....

Una tarde de viernes, una de mis compañeras estaba buscando a alguien con quien ir a ver un recital de musica. Se trataba de un grupo de cumbia argentino que se retiraban, se llamaba JAMBAO. Este grupo era muy conocido aqui y daba su ultimo show en un teatro en la ciudad de Avellaneda, aledaña a la Ciudad de Buenos Aires.

Recuerdo que me llamo por telefono para cuando tuviera tiempo, que me acercara al puesto donde atendia para preguntarme algo. Cuando encontre un tiempo, me acerque y le pedi que me comentara que sucedia. Yo era su supervisor en ese entonces. Y ella me dijo, que queria ir a ver a esta banda de cumbia pero no queria ir sola, que ya le aviso a un monton de amigos y amigas y que nadie queria o podia ir con ella ese viernes, y me pregunto si aceptaba acompañarla. Le dije que si de una y se puso super feliz!. Algo mas? le pregunte....y sonriente me dijo, no no, nada mas!

Luego esa noche fuimos a comer a un local de comidas rapidas y fuimos a ver el show en el teatro colonial. El lugar era pequeño pero tenia una excelente acustica y nos divertimos muchisimo esa noche.
Ella no se lo olvida mas porque queria ir a ver esa banda, pero casi que deja todo porque nadie queria acompañarla. Nunca penso que yo le diria que si. 😁

Today I'm going to tell you a nice story that happened to me with a friend and co-worker.
This was like this....

One Friday afternoon, one of my co-worke was looking for someone to go see a music recital with. It was an Argentine cumbia group that was retiring, it was called JAMBAO. This group was very well known here and gave its last show in a theater in the city of Avellaneda, adjacent to the City of Buenos Aires.

I remember that she called me on the phone so that when I had time, I would come to the booth where she was working to ask me something. When I found time, I approached her and asked her to tell me what was happening. I was his supervisor at the time. And she told me that she wanted to go see this cumbia band but she didn't want to go alone, that she already told a lot of friends and that no one wanted or could go with her that Friday, and she asked me if I agreed to accompany her. . I told him yes at once and she was super happy! Anything else? I asked her.... and she smilingly told me, no no, nothing more!

Later that night we went to eat at a fast food place and went to see the show at the colonial theater. The place was small but had excellent acoustics and we had a lot of fun that night.
She doesn't forget it anymore because she wanted to go see that band, but she almost left everything because no one wanted to accompany her. She never thought I would say yes. 😁
