And also a pity that it has been discontinued because of the corruption, like worst-case outcome, but understandable that ppl are upset about it. I think we need systems that limit corruption by transparency and also reduce the damage of it.

Definitely understandable. As no one wants to fund it now. It was a huge give away, if I am not mistaken.
You cant really limit the corruption other than by it being onchain so its always caught which it was. People are involved so you can never keep this stuff secret for long.
If you presume corruption will happen, you would really not be able to do anything. Its a people factor.
