yes this place is permanent "apartment' of this homeless person. And the whole environment of his living is look crazy.

It's very sad that people need to live like that...
yes, but i saw people who know the only one kind of living - this one. some just broken due to the heavy use by the heroin, some broken by their families, some broken by the galloping forward society which is the biggest danger.
