Tan sólo los pesimistas
te dirían lo peor,
que te fueras lejos,
que no regresaras nunca,
para inducirte al infierno del licor. Menos mal que tu destino
no quiso ser un traidor,
te limpió los ojos,
y te quitó todo el abrojo
que había en el camino
de tu negra perdición.

Amigo, no te fíes de los «amigos» esos que proliferan por ahí,
tienes una gran fortuna,
¿qué más para ser feliz?,
una esposa y unos niños
que sólo miran por ti. (Bis)

No dejes que la maldad
cristalice su intención
que tú eres bueno,
que al lado de tu familia
te será más fácil multiplicar tu valor.
¿Qué culpa tienen los niños
y quién cometió el error?, Cualquiera resbala,
pero mientras tenga orgullo,
lo más importante
es recobrar el honor.

Hello howdy Hive Open Mic family, I'm so glad to be back sharing my humble work with everyone and hoping you are all doing great. We have reached week 153 with the theme (You are with me) excellent theme chosen by our artist of the week @ibraimpvzla18. First of all we have someone who is always with us, and every day we say " O Lord, O my God, You are with me" amen.🙏💖 Secondly we have the support of our family 👪 and friends 👬 who do care when they see us in a bad situation and give us that message of encouragement and enthusiasm. That's why I wanted to interpret a llanero theme, it's a passage titled (a true friend) by our llanero artist Reynaldo Armas.
