Unas fotos antes y luego de la reunión, este viernes tuvimos reunión a nivel regional del Programa de Iniciación, en donde escuchamos sugerencias de repertorio, conocimos nuevos jefes y también planteamos la realidad de cada núcleo en cuanto a sus matriculas, fortalezas y debilidades, es decir hicimos una matriz foda, es una herramienta muy conocida que sirve tanto para diagnosticar como para hacer introspección a nivel personal, viene bastante trabajo y mucha preparación de mi parte para mejorar cada día
