[Week 135 ] Immerse yourself in the immensity with this magical melody.
I love listening to that song with my eyes closed, I feel a great relaxation, a feeling of fullness. From my point of view it is pure magic from the choice of its name "Deep Blue Day", an enchanting melody that makes me imagine that I can fly towards the sky and that it has density and I can sail in it and merge with the blue, a color that is usually associated with peace and tranquility.
When I listen to it I like to imagine that I am in the sky itself and that the sky is more than an illusion, I feel that it is a real place and that I fly in it among different shades of blue, with blue birds and that from the heights I can see the sea also full of infinite blue. Listening to it, I like to feel that I become as light as the wind and that I can be here and there in an instant, without space or time, feeling a small part of the whole, at least for a moment, at least sometimes. I try.
To fall from the sky, but not to feel it as a fall, but simply to reach the sea and enjoy its immensity, at the same time being part of everything and feeling so small but also so immense, without limits, without beginning or end.
The song that is inspiring this writing is purely instrumental, more specifically of the ambient genre, its sound caresses my ears and my senses. The first time I listened to it was in a state between asleep and awake, because I left the TV on all night on a channel where only music is broadcasted, one that broadcasts instrumental "New Age" music.
In the morning, early in the morning, I felt that I was listening to that magical melody as in a dream, I loved the sound from the first moment, even without opening my eyes, I was immersed in its charm and I stayed in a pleasant state of fullness for a while.
Suddenly, I opened my eyes all of a sudden just to be able to take note of the song's data but I didn't succeed, so I spent several days listening to that channel, much more than I normally did, with the idea of listening to the song again and taking note of its name and its interpreter. Until I finally had the pleasure of listening to it again and I wrote down its data.
In no time I had it downloaded to my phone.
I remember a few years ago, a niece had an accident and was hospitalized, in serious condition, for several weeks. I spent several nights with her and one of the methods I used to get her to relax a little was to listen to this melody, among others... She liked the idea of listening to that kind of music while I massaged her feet, fortunately her recovery was satisfactory, slowly but satisfactory.
Then I did not want to listen to "Deep Blue Day" for a while, because it only reminded me of my niece in the hospital, until after a while I reconciled with the song and I will not say that it was the cure for my niece, however, it made me think about how we create anchors in our brain, then I decided to associate it even more to wellness, to hope, to immensity, to healing, to the infinity of the being...
For me it is an enchanting piece and I invite you, if you wish, to listen to it with your eyes closed and let yourself be enveloped by its magic for a few minutes.
Originally, it doesn't last more than 4 minutes, it's a repetitive sound, however, I'm going to share with you a link to a video that lasts more than an hour, just because visually you might like it, I mean, maybe if you've made it this far and you didn't get bored with the reading.
It is possible that you may appreciate it as much as I do, but it is also possible that you may not, after all, Francisco Gonzalez says:
"How is it possible to understand what you feel when you hear that music, if my soul is different from yours?"
Hey, I'm really sorry but I missed your post earlier. I've now voted and have sent it to curangel also. I went back to work for the first time this year today and was pretty busy who h is why I missed it, my apologies.
Thank you very much for your attention, it is very flattering for me.
Receive blessings and may you have an excellent week.
I hope you have a good week also.
Music has the particularity of taking us on a journey back to the time we have lived through, and we often remain anchored in that memory.
I agree with you when you say:
Making this melody eternal, as much as the lived experience that impelled us to rebirth.
