To go with the flow
From early hours of the morning and for a few days I had a beautiful view...

However, the reason I was there was not a happy one; it was because my sister's husband had been hospitalized.
Since they had to leave due to a health emergency, they asked me to take care of their pets, a little dog and a little cat. I got along well with them, although the kitten was quite suspicious at first... Well, actually, she still was at the end, but not as much. I went about my business (part of which involved feeding her and cleaning her litter box 🙄) and she went about hers (scratching my arm when I lay down to rest).

Then she calmed down when she saw that it was me who served the food and that my presence was not a threat, they are very intelligent beings.

Yesterday I had planned to go to the beach for a couple of hours, watch the sunset, and at least dip my feet in the sea, but I suddenly fell ill. I spent the day in bed with nausea and a headache, only getting up to feed the animals and, at the end of the day, to make myself some chamomile tea to drink with a pill. I slept soundly and peacefully, and woke up feeling better.
I had planned to see my partner today, but his dog got sick and has been with him, so once again life's circumstances changed my plans. Sometimes it happens, and in cases like these, you have to go with the flow and support them in any way you can if they need you.
Now, I must continue resting, it's not that I feel very well yet but I am much better than yesterday, tomorrow I have to work at the bakery and I must be well.
The music outside is annoying and loud, some neighbors take out their speakers and put them on the street and this area is lawless land, so it's better not to say anything. Moving to another area would be a solution for days like today, but for now this is what I have, so I better put on my headphones and relax because if I let myself be carried away by what is happening outside and what I cannot control I will not be able to relax and rest which is all I want at this moment.

I'm sorry to hear about the medical emergency, it's nice of you to help out. What a lovely view you had though!
I hope you partner's dog is ok, I imagine he would be quite concerned about his pet however it gave you some more time to find some rest for yourself and that's not all bad.

I completely agree. Personally, I love having time alone, although I also love being with certain people sometimes.
As for the dog, well, he hasn't shown much improvement, but we're still doing everything we can to help him get better.
Thanks for stopping by to visit me =)
Glad to see you are getting along well with the pets tho the lil cat is a little bit suspicious at first. Look at that innocent look in that eyes. So kawaii. And I hope you get better soonest. It sucks to get sick these days. And I hope your brother in law get better soon as well.
And thats such a really calming song, slow and it was as if it is making you feel like you are with nature.
Oh, yes, animals are innocent creatures and must be respected.
And thank you very much for your kind wishes. Without good health, it's hard to find the motivation to do anything. Fortunately, I'm feeling better now =)
Beautiful views you have had even if for a not entirely happy question. The kittens are untrusting and also miss their owners... I'm glad you are feeling better, sometimes worries cause discomfort and also when things don't work out as you expected. Take care of yourself!
Kittens certainly miss their owners, and in this kitten's case, she had never seen me before, so at first she was quite shy. Then she gradually began to trust me a little. =)
Thank you very much for your kind wishe 🤗

A somewhat eventful weekend, these things happen, but at least you have the positive energy of your pets; they always fill us with love. Keep resting, everything will be fine soon. Best regards.
Yes, well, it's been an eventful few days, but we're still standing strong and moving forward.
Thank you very much for coming to visit me =)
