That cyber vampire device can be incredibly addictive. It's also true that it drains motivation and energy, especially if what we see reminds us how cruel the world can be. It's better to focus on our own affairs, those we can directly attend to =)

Yes, it is depressing. The relaxation of a game is also canceled out by the loss of productivity, lack of exercise, and time wasted.
These days, I had internet outages for a couple of days and although I needed it for work matters, it was good because I decided to start tidying things up at home and I felt that I had much more time, of course I wasn't wasting it, I even went to bed a little earlier for a better rest.
