Please keep practicing your singing, because your voice was cracking and modulating out of the melody, and keep practicing your keyboarding/piano playing to smoothen out those transitions as you play,

Your singing should be in key, performed smoothly and evoking a more controlled emotional delivery as well as maintaining a steady rhythm to carry the music forward.

The ending of the song could have been much much better in particular, because it was as if you just let go completely, lost interest and sung and played whatever, although it was not in key. Allow your love for music, motivate you to achieve higher levels of skillful display. You may surprise yourself what you are actually capable of.
