Vibes Web3 Music Competition Week 20- "Da girls remix" By Ciara ft. Lola brook, Lady london Cover
Welcome to my entry for this week’s Vibes Web 3 music competition! I am excited to share with you all my cover of the song remix" Da girls"- by ciara ft. lola brooke and Ldy london
i have chose this song for this week beacuse it is a powerful music celebrating female empowerment and unity. This remix of Ciara’s original track brings together three prominent artist in contemporary music to deliver a message of confidence, strength, and solidarity among women. ... iat the present time of my life it has really played a role in uplifting and encouraging me in ways i didnt expect as the song is a bold declaration of female strength and independence. Each artist brings their own unique perspective, but collectively, they teach the idea that women can achieve greatness and command respect. The lyrics emphasize self-worth and the refusal to be underestimated.
The music encourages lthe audience to embrace their individuality and express themselves confidently. Through dynamic verses and assertiveness in thier lyrics, it promotes a message of self-love and authenticity, urging women to be unapologetic about who they are. and i love that for me, so i hope you enjoyy!!!
Lyrics
This for all da girls that’s I-N-D-E-P-E-N-D-E-N-T
This for all da girls that be livin’ stress free
This for all da girls on a mission like me
Two steps ahead like Ci
Fittings in Fenty, I’m bad like Rih
I’m thee, I’m she, ion need no he
These Black girl brands gon’ hug my cheeks
What I look like being pressed?
Rock these pants like ah, freak ‘em dress
Ah hunnit k, ion see no less
Got my name engraved on American Express
This is for the girls independent like me
Got my feelings in my pockets Ion wear it on my sleeve
Trips to Toronto Trips to Belize
My whole wardrobe paid off by me
Did it on my own before I was famous
Schedule busy, I don’t plan on changing
Looking in the mirror like I look amazing
Lola Brooke still ain’t been nothing to play with
Get that money, sis
Keep them on they tip
They be tryna press you,
but you ain’t pressed on it
I’m way too fine to be inside, I’m outside
Havin’ my own shit,
booking my own trips
Don’t ever let ‘em disrespect you and call you out your name
You’ll have these boys obsessed, they can’t stop mentioning your name
I’m bad,
I’m gorgeous,
I’m very important
How you callin’ me a snack?
You know I’m seven courses
This is for da girls gettin’ money
This is for da girls who don’t need no man
This is for da girls that’s in love with they self
This is for da girls who done did it by they self
This for all da girls that’s I-N-D-E-P-E-N-D-E-N-T
This for all da girls that be livin’ stress free
This for all da girls on a mission like me
This for da girls
This for all da girls around the world
This is for da girls
This for all da girls around the world
Yeah
