Beautiful day Fam!!❤ Welcome to Hive Open Mic Week #161. This week is a very amazing and Inspiring Week. It came gifting us an opportunity to unleash our Musical Potential. I must sincerely appreciate our spotlight artist @fernanblog for putting this creative piece forward and also giving us a platform to share our personally composed Music.

It is a well-known fact that a lot of people can write the wordings of a song or you might say lyrics, but cannot compose a song and then another can compose a song but can't write a song. Don't get twisted there, I'll explain in detail.

A songwriter writes the words we sing in the song but the composer gives melody and tune to a song. Hence we have people that can write the wordings of a song but can't give melody or tune to it then we have the ones that can give tune or fine melody to a song but can't write the wording But then we have people that can do both.
I fall under the category of people that can give wordings to a song but give it a pleasing tune, thereby making me hoard a lot of lyrics without tune or rhythm in my song diary.

But this particular song sprouted forth In the year 2021. I happened to participate in a music Concert Dubbed "Night of Worship". It was organized by the choir in my church.

Here, I was encouraged by my Pastor and music leader @uyobong to write an original song and perform that night. This was very tasky for me because I wasn't good at composing songs. Well, he made it mandatory that I did an original song.

Well, I went back to my song diary and throughout the night I kept on meditating if something was gonna come out. Nothing did, till morning. Our Bible portion that morning was taken from Psalms 145:3

Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised, and his greatness is unsearchable.

Another version says
Great is the Lord and most worthy of praise; his greatness no one can fathom.

And then Message Bible says

*God is magnificent; he can never be praised enough.
There are no boundaries to his greatness.

We can never tell or describe how God is, How he works for us, the things he does for us, etc. We can't just wrap our heads around it.
I curled my song from there, but then I wasn't still satisfied.
The theme of that program was The Joy of Salvation. How do we relate this indescribable God with the Joy of Salvation?

In the book of 2cor 9:15, Paul said

Now thanks be to God for His Gift, [precious] beyond telling [His indescribable, inexpressible, free Gift]

In relation to Eph 2:8 which says

For it is by free grace (God’s unmerited favor) that you are saved (delivered from judgment and made partakers of Christ’s salvation) through [your] faith. And this [salvation] is not of yourselves [of your own doing, it came not through your striving], but it is the gift of God;

These three verses of the bible gave me the song Indescribable.

I composed this piece, @uyobong played the piano for me during the concert and people were blessed, giving glory to an Indescribable God. I misplaced the diary I wrote the song, and I can only remember very well the first verse of the song.
I tried doing an Acapella with the song but I kept on having issues with trying to compile it.

I'll do this song again someday with a beautiful sound added to it in a big crowd of people someday. But stay tuned and enjoy a bite of it.
