At some points in life we have always desired more. One thing I like about imagination is that it is open to everyone and it is big enough to contain whatever stuff you want to put in there. The real world is not really a perfect place, so the least we can do is to make the one inside our minds to be perfect. I came to learn that the power of imagination should never be ignored or looked down on.

"Paradise" by Coldplay has always resonated deeply within me, acting as a gentle yet powerful reminder of the human capacity for hope and the importance of inner worlds when our the happenings in our external world seems to be a whole lot of burden to bear. The theme of the song highlights on the imagination going on the mind of the artist while embarking on a search for a place where he can find peace and freedom.

Just like I said earlier, the song showcases the desire for more. This is something that is easily relatable to almost everyone especially when growing up. Most of the times it is these dreams of us that keep us going and to continue pushing through. The word paradise been mentioned here in this song is not necessarily a place, it is more of an internal sanctuary, a mental space where joy and peace can exist regardless of external chaos.

The song helps in painting a picture of a girl having dreams of escaping her troubled circumstances. But at the end of the day what really matters is what we do about it. We are basically looking at someone who has passion and thirst for adventure, which a good number of people are scared of embarking on. While there are some people who prefer to just stick with the dreams in their heads until eventually it disappears and they even forget about it, there are people who take that dream and decide to turn it into a reality.

At the end of the day what we do with the dream is what matters the most. When I think of bravery when I was a lot younger I thought it has to do with grabbing a sword, going to the battle field and fighting off a bunch of guys. Movies even confused the more by making use of people with muscular attributes to portray such personalities.

Well, that is just an aspect and there's more to it. We are simply classified as being brave when we can able to go and do what the average person is scared of doing. The song does not just encourage us to dream, it also encourages to go out and fight in order to actualize that dream. People don't get what dream for, they get what they fight for.
