Un saludo amistoso a toda la comunidad de Hive Open Mic, estoy muy emocionado por encontrarme de nuevo con ustedes. En esta oportunidad con el tema Separación, del que escogí una bonita canciòn. Gracias por recibirme.

Para cada uno de nosotros, toda separación es triste y dolorosa. A menudo que vamos avanzando en el camino de nuestra vida, nos encontramos con este tipo de situaciones, ya sea la pérdida de un familiar, la fractura de una relación de pareja o incluso la despedida de un amigo cercano que viaja a tierras lejanas, en busca de oportunidades. En todas estas situaciones, las canciones nos han servido de soporte para desahogar esas sensaciones que experimentamos como consecuencia de la separación y la despedida.

Desde que conocí a Pablo Milanés, he procurado interpretarla. Para Vivir, es una canción muy bella. El compositor hace una extraordinaria reflexión ante una despedida inminente, evidentemente se trata de la separación de dos seres que han disfrutado momentos juntos y que ahora se describen ya cansados, pues no se percataron de algunos detalles y olvidaron ingredientes esenciales a ese amor. Nos dice además que no solo basta la compresión entre las parejas, son necesarios la carne y el deseo también.

La canción Para Vivir es un hermoso poema que realza la grandeza del amor, refleja la bondad, cuando le dice a su amada, piensa en los años que tienes para vivir, que su dolor no es menos, y cierra de manera admirable que han perdido tiempo, sin poder conocer eso que llaman amor para vivir. Solo Pablo Milanés, sutilmente nos describe allí, cómo muere el amor. Y es que no es solo la letra del tema, sino la melodía y arreglos musicales, nos llevan a apreciar esos sentimientos de nostalgia y de tristeza, por la partida de ese amor. Realmente, una encantadora creación del cantautor cubano Pablo Milanés.

A friendly greeting to all the Hive Open Mic community, I'm very excited to meet you again. This time with the theme Separation, from which I chose a beautiful song. Thank you for having me.

For each of us, every separation is sad and painful. Often, as we move along the path of our lives, we are faced with such situations, whether it is the loss of a family member, the fracture of a relationship or even the farewell of a close friend who travels to distant lands in search of opportunities. In all these situations, songs have served as a support to unburden the feelings we experience as a consequence of separation and farewell.

Ever since I met Pablo Milanés, I have tried to interpret it. Para Vivir is a very beautiful song. The composer makes an extraordinary reflection on an imminent farewell, evidently it is about the separation of two people who have enjoyed moments together and who now describe themselves as tired, because they didn't notice some details and forgot essential ingredients of that love. It also tells us that not only is the understanding between the couples enough, but also the flesh and desire are necessary.

The song Para Vivir is a beautiful poem that enhances the greatness of love, reflects kindness, when he tells his beloved, think of the years you have to live, that her pain is no less, and closes in an admirable way that they have lost time, without being able to know what they call love to live. Only Pablo Milanés subtly describes how love dies. And it is not only the lyrics of the song, but also the melody and musical arrangements, that lead us to appreciate those feelings of nostalgia and sadness, for the departure of that love.
