It’s All About The Music
When I first heard this piece of music, it blew my mind. It is such an emotional piece, well, it is to me anyhow. Emotional and so, so beautiful.
I love string instruments. Each stroke within this masterpiece really does tug at my heart. Opening me up, more and more. As it gathers me up and takes me on a journey. One that is so gentle and yet so strong.
There are some many different subtle sounds within this piece of music. Blending in so well. Creating such a beautiful ambience.
I love, how it builds up slowly. Before the full band joins in near the end. Just as the instruments blend so beautifully, so too do the different genres.
When I listen to music, I want to be moved. I want to be taken on a journey. I want to feel it, not just hear it. And this piece of music, has to be one of my favorites. There are parts, specially when the cello and piano are played together, that almost bring me to tears, because of the beautiful sound they make.
I love to close my eyes and let myself just float away. Letting the instruments carry me, rock me, caress me. Heal me.
This piece of music has inspired many a poem. As I feel compelled to let the words just flow from me, words that seem to come from the music, not from me. Perhaps I am channeling. Either way, the words flow as I go on this musical journey.
Music is a huge part of my life. There are certain musical creations that I turn to, if I am having trouble expressing a particular emotion. Because of this, Music, has always helped me to heal. As I connect with the different sides of myself, enabling me to connect with the creative spark within.
When I listen to this track, I fall almost immediately into a meditative state. Everything slips away as the music pulls me in. I always reach a wonderful sense of peace, as I listen to it. Even as it peaks and more and more instruments are introduced.
It just brings me, so much joy as I listen to it. I find it so incredibly beautiful.
This is my entry into the latest Weekend engagement contest. Where I choose to write about my favorite piece of music. The wonderful “Quelques mots pleins d’ombre” by Esmerine, the stunning Canadian group/ensemble. Please do check out more of their creations, if you enjoyed this.

It's very beautiful! So very simple. It knows its own truth, if that makes any sense. And helps me to know mine. Thanks for posting it!
Yeah, that makes sense to me.
Hope you are well, lovely one xxxxx
This piece is amazing! Contains both the strength and delicacy of string instruments. So pure. Beautiful.
I relate completely here. Being alone with music is not being alone at all.
Thanks so much, I'm happy you enjoyed it and can relate to my love of music xxx
