I welcome you all to this special Sunday edition of Hive Learners Creative-Sunday, where we showcase creative talents and artistic expressions. Today I have the pleasure of sharing with you a song that is very near and dear to my heart.

This song was composed many years ago by our former choir mistress at my local church. I have always admired her gift for taking words and passages from the Bible and turning them into beautiful melodies and pieces for the choir to perform. Though she has since moved away, her songs are still sung and remembered fondly.

The song I will be singing today is one such piece. I still recall the lyrics and melody clearly all these years later. When my sister overheard me practicing the other day, singing the soaring soprano parts I once performed with the choir, she insisted on joining me. Though we may lack some of the polish from our youth, we still love harmonizing together.
