Pick Up Cracks.
I'm wondering when I became so emotional to the point of writing about it. Oh well, out of personal experience I am making these posts while listening to “Shoemaker” by 121 Seleh which is my source of inspiration.
Remembering how hard my first and my last heartbreak hit me, to be more precise, last month made it 2 years exactly at around the same year salah ” shoemaker” was realized. To relieve myself of depression, I tried so many ways like; being occupied with workloads that only worked during the day, reading more and talking to everyone with ears ready to listen, the main point was taking my mind off the mess.
That led me to an old-time friend who after she heard me out, sent this song to me. According to her, I should just keep calm and keep up with it but for an impatient fowl like me..lol my mind was like “Are these all you have to say?”
For the past two years, tonight happens to be my first day of settling down with the lyrics and even if I am no longer heartbroken, I still feel the pain somehow. And here comes the wondering, indirectly hoping to fill up someone who needs to listen.
Oftentimes we do crazy things to relieve ourselves of pain, especially ones that touch with emotions, I'll say it now and always, Emotional hurts are the closest to death so it necessarily doesn't have to be a heartbreak story, it's okay if it's on something else. ” Salah's shoemaker” gave a possible to the closest direction on how best to handle emotions hurts.
It proves that there's always a remedy as long as we call on the right angle or channel that corresponds to that very need. I think finding the source to heal emotional hurt is an individual mystery but then it clearly states we humans have no cure regarding emotions. No one but us.
121 Seleh’s Shoemaker is a deep song with insightful lyrics, music as always and would always speak as long as we're ready to listen, we gain the message needed, stay tuned as you listen and blessed be your soul❤
