Hola querida comunidad, acá estoy intentándolo e nuevo, siempre es un buen momento para volverlo a intentar, siempre existe una razón para seguir adelante, siempre existe una mano amiga dispuesta a querer ayudarte. A pesar de las dificultadas y de lo oscuro que pueda tornarse nuestro camino, la luz siempre se encuentra en el camino y nunca es tarde para volver a empezar. En la vida tenemos constantes oportunidades y muchas intenciones de mejorar nuestra existencia, a veces tomamos decisiones y resulta que nos damos cuenta que la vida nos tiene sorpresas y hechos inesperados, sin embargo el camino es largo y no esta permitido renunciar, la misma vida no lo permite, la naturaleza no renuncia. Creo que todos hemos visto como un árbol después de ser cortado por las manos humanas o por un hecho natural, vuelve y surge, vuelve y empieza un camino largo hacia el crecimiento.

In life we ​​have constant opportunities and many intentions to improve our existence, sometimes we make decisions and it turns out that we realize that life has surprises and unexpected events for us, however the road is long and we are not allowed to give up, life itself is not allows it, nature does not give up. I think we have all seen how a tree, after being cut by human hands or by a natural event, comes back and emerges, comes back and begins a long path towards growth.

Hace un año tome la decisión de estar junto a mi hijo Ángel Ivan y fue una de las mejores decisiones que he tomado en mi vida, cambie de ciudad y fui detrás de la presencia de mi hijo, viví junto a mi hijo los mejores momentos de mi vida y fue una excelente ocasión para fortalecer nuestro lazo de padre a hijo, sin embargo por situaciones que no están en mi control, la madre de mi hijo decidió radicarse en otra ciudad y alejarme de manera temporal nuevamente de mi hijo. Este suceso para mi fue muy fuerte y una prueba de fuerza y resiliencia. Ahora veo en esto la oportunidad de no decaer en depresión y dejar entrar a mi vida cosas negativas nuevamente. Ahora me queda luchar por el bienestar de mi hijo y no permitir que entre los dos exista una distancia nuevamente. Y esta es una nueva ocasión para empezar de nuevo y llenar mi vida de positivismo. Ahora he cambiado nuevamente de ciudad y estoy dispuesto a hacer todo lo posible por no hundirme ante el fracaso y la derrota. Aunque este lejos de mi hijo es el momento de luchar por el y mejorar nuestras vidas.

A year ago I made the decision to be with my son Ángel Ivan and it was one of the best decisions I have made in my life, I changed cities and went after the presence of my son, I lived with my son the best moments of my life and it was an excellent opportunity to strengthen our bond between father and son, however due to situations that are not in my control, my son's mother decided to settle in another city and temporarily distance me from my son again. This event for me was very strong and a test of strength and resilience. Now I see in this the opportunity to not fall into depression and let negative things enter my life again. Now I have to fight for the well-being of my son and not allow distance between the two of us again. And this is a new opportunity to start again and fill my life with positivism. Now I have changed cities again and I am willing to do everything possible to not sink in the face of failure and defeat. Although I am far from my son, it is time to fight for him and improve our lives.

Siempre existe una nueva oportunidad, vivir y levantarse cada mañana es la mayor prueba de esto. La vida pasa y el tiempo no se queda quieto, así que no te quedes quieto tu. vuelve a intentarlo una y otra vez. La vida nos presenta dificultades y no todo es positivo, es parte de la dualidad de la existencia, no podría existir lo positivo sin lo negativo. Una de las mejores maneras de superar la depresión es saber que siempre lo podemos volver a intentar, es importante eliminar el miedo a lo que va a pasar, debemos controlar nuestras reacciones ante las cosas que nos preocupan y distinguir entre lo que podemos controlar. Conservemos el optimismo para superar la depresión y demos un paso adelante. Solo existen dos días en la vida en los que no podemos hacer nada por nuestras vidas, el hoy y el mañana. Así que aprovechemos el hoy y vivamos el presente.
