Hallo,

heute möchte ich Euch unsere neue Single "Broken Tears" des gemeinsamen Musik Projektes Andy Jay Powell & Mike Nero präsentieren.

Der Original Mix ist eine Homage an die House Tracks der frühen Stunde (Ende der 80er / Anfang der 90er). Wir haben dabei das Drum Programming mit einer Software Emulation der TR-909, einem Drumcomputer mit Kultstatus des japanischen Herstellers ROLAND, erstellt - und zwar wie bei der Original Hardware mittels des Lauflichtasten Stepsequenzers.

Zudem kommt eine Software Emulation der ROLAND TB-303, der "Acid-Machine" schlechthin, zum Einsatz. Ein wenig "Acidgeschwurbel" lockert den Track auf ohne zu sehr vom Hauptthema abzulenken. ;-)


Falls dieser Mix jemandem zu sehr "retro" sein sollte, haben wir noch einen Club Mix im aktuellen Deep House Style mit aktueller Synthesizersoundauswahl am Start. Den Groove haben meiner Meinung nach beide Mixe. ;-)
