Beautiful SURPRISE this weekend!

This weekend I received a pleasant surprise, on Saturday morning, while I was still asleep, the doorbell of my apartment rang very insistently, which woke me up.

I jumped up and asked who it was but nobody answered, I opened the door little by little and my biggest surprise was to see my daughter (who lives here in Venezuela, but in another state) with her two children.

I felt a great emotion, I opened the door and we kissed and hugged each other with great joy. Her husband left her and went away since he had a work commitment.

After breakfast we talked for a long time about the improvement of my grandson of almost 3 months, which was very delicate health at birth (he remained 15 days in the clinic in intensive care), to God's grace the baby has evolved satisfactorily and everything is,she and the 3 year old girl are also well.

In the afternoon my daughter calls a childhood friend named Lisbeth and tells her that she is at my house, the friend is very happy and invites us to a shopping center called Vista Play where just a month ago opened a sportswear store.

We accepted the invitation and in the afternoon we went to the store, when we arrived Lisbeth and my daughter hugged each other and were very happy, after a while Lisbeth closed the store and we went to a restaurant in the same mall to have dinner called KOKO SUSHI. My daughter's friend was with her boyfriend Eduardo.

When I arrived, I loved the place, everything was very beautiful but I didn't feel like eating sushi, so I kept quiet and didn't say anything.

A very nice guy welcomed us and escorted us to a table, there we settled down and Eduardo ordered a beer for me, one for his girlfriend and one for himself, my daughter and my granddaughter ordered strawberry milkshake.

We all toasted and my granddaughter wanted to toast with me separately, me with my beer and her with her strawberry milkshake.

We had several rounds of beers until we decided to order the food.

They ordered a ceviche (a dish of raw fish and seafood, cut into small pieces, which is cooked with plenty of pure lime juice, onion, salt and cilantro), my daughter ordered a sushi dish called exotic mixed.

Lisbeth ordered one called protein roll.

I did not want to eat sushi but I thought I had no choice, since the restaurant is a sushi restaurant, but to my surprise I heard Eduardo order Chinese rice with shrimp and pork ribs, I immediately said, "I want the same as Eduardo"I was glad they offered another type of food (not only sushi) and my granddaughter was ordered a crispy chicken with fries.

A gentleman with a microphone was presented singing ballad music (he had a very good voice) with a large repertoire of beautiful songs.

Both the girl and the baby behaved very well while we stayed at the restaurant. The girl didn't want to eat at first, but then she ate all the french fries, the chicken she only ate a little bit, and she drank her strawberry milkshake, she was quiet playing with her things and the baby was in her arms the whole time, hahaha.

After eating we had a few more beers while we talked and talked about everything we could not in a few months, and at about 11pm we decided to ask for the bill and leave, Eduardo paid for everything, so I have no idea of the cost of what we consumed to see if another time I can come back, because I loved the place.

I think that someday I can go with a friend, we order two beers and see the prices of everything they sell, if it is not too expensive we eat, if not we pay for the beers and leave, hahaha.

Well my dear readers, so far another of my experiences of a weekend full of surprises, love and happiness of having shared even just the weekend with my grandchildren who are far away from me and we can't see each other very often. Sunday afternoon my daughter's husband came to pick them up.
