Hola amigos del Hive Music Festival, ¿cómo están? Dios les bendiga. Espero que se encuentren muy bien y que la estén pasando increíbles. Ya nuevamente estamos por acá, en otra semana, como siempre, con todo el entusiasmo, el ánimo y la motivación por seguir creciendo en este gran mundo de la música. Ya increíblemente hemos llegado a la semana 152, ronda 2, de este gran festival como lo es el Hive Music Festival; Y de verdad que es increíble, osea, literalmente el tiempo vuela, recuerdo cuando estábamos a los inicios de este gran festival, y bueno, ya ha transcurrido un largo tiempo, tiempo que de verdad ha sido de gran bendición y sin duda alguna para crecimiento y aprendizaje de cada uno de nosotros.

We're back again, another week, as always, with all the enthusiasm, encouragement, and motivation to continue growing in this great world of music. Incredibly, we've reached week 152, round 2, of this great festival like the Hive Music Festival; and it really is incredible. I mean, time literally flies. I remember when we were at the beginning of this great festival, and well, a long time has passed, a time that has truly been a great blessing and, without a doubt, a growth and learning experience for each and every one of us.
Para mi participación de esta semana les quiero compartir el instrumental de una canción que la verdad escucho desde que estaba pequeño. La canción se titula "El Día de Hoy". No conseguí exactamente quién es el autor, porque al parecer es una canción muy vieja, pero si recuerdo que la escuchaba desde niño. Mi abuelo siempre la escuchaba mucho, en la casa, en la iglesia, y bueno, yo diría que era una de sus canciones favoritas. Y no solamente eso, sino que también uno de los hermanos fundadores de la obra a la que pertenezco, tengo entendido que canta esa canción desde que empezóla obra, osea, hace mas de 50 años, es algo asi como una de sus canciones lemas. Y bueno, digamos que estoy bastante familiarizado con la música.
Es una canción muy bonita, muy hermosa, donde el autor expresa la necesidad y la dependencia de Dios, porque él reconoce y sabe que sin Cristo no puede vencer. Y bueno, qué les puedo decir, verdaderamente así es, sin Cristo nada somos, y sin el, nada podemos hacer.

For my participation this week, I want to share the instrumental of a song I've actually been listening to since I was little. The song is titled "El Día de Hoy." I couldn't find out exactly who the author is, because it seems to be a very old song, but I do remember listening to it since I was a child. My grandfather always listened to it a lot, at home, at church, and well, I'd say it was one of his favorite songs. Not only that, but one of the founding brothers of the work I belong to, I understand, has been singing that song since the work began, more than 50 years ago. It's something of a theme song. And well, let's just say I'm quite familiar with the music.
It's a very beautiful song, very lovely, where the author expresses the need for and dependence on God, because he recognizes and knows that without Christ he cannot overcome. And well, what can I say? Truly, that's the way it is: without Christ we are nothing, and without him, we can do nothing.
