An Important Message We want to share with the world

Earlier this month we spent 3 nights in the Mojave desert at Billy Savage's place. We wrote about it in our weekly recap about the first weeks of the tour. What we didn't share was that we took an afternoon and recorded and filmed a video in the middle of the desert!

It's been pretty "Full On" The past week, so we haven't had much time to sit in front of a computer, but now we are finally ready to share this one with you. Over the past years, "Sands of Time" has become a very important piece in our repertoire. The track has developed into one of the strongest moments of our show, but in truth, the album recording on "Liberty Awaits" doesn't do justice to the maturity of the track and the depth of the journey. We felt that the Mojave desert, given the story, was the perfect place to do a full video of our performance of the track.

If you aren't super familiar with the track, here is a synopsis:

Imagine yourself lost in the desert—food dwindling, water gone, body weak. Just when the end feels near, you collapse into the sand, eyes toward the sky, and refuse to give up. In the distance, what seems like a mirage emerges. But it’s real—an oasis. And in that oasis, you find not only life-giving resources, but people. People from all walks of life, from every corner of the world. All lost. All searching. All surviving.

This piece is the soundtrack of the Human Experience. Much like our time on this planet, we come from different origins, paths, and privileges. But beneath it all, we share the same needs, the same hopes, and the same humanity. "Sands of Time" is a musical reminder that unity is our greatest strength. In a world often intent on dividing us, may this piece remind you: that we are Stronger Together. Let us all find these Oases and build a better world.

Stefanie Did a great job filming this one and we "pre-recorded" the track in Billy's studio before running out into the desert and filming this video. It's still "Live".

We will post this video for the general public on Sunday, as well as push it around our email list to help increase the reach of the video. There are a few more videos that we are filming throughout this tour to cement the more "mature" versions of our tracks before we start focusing on the release of new music that will start in the Fall.
