One would think those booking rooms for the concert could arrange a slightly later checkout time for you, at least another hour or two. OR could supply a board room or other place where you could all hangout for a bit. That's cool, though, that you can do your work on the laptop without having to lug a MIDI keyboard along with your instrument! 🙂

Yeah, some groups normally book the extra day accommodation so that we can check out whenever we want... But others forget, or don't have the funding!
