Hive Music Festival Week 91 Round 1, it's another music week, and I want to share one of my favorite song covers, which is titled You Are God. Originally, this song was created by a Nigerian popular singer named Nathaniel bassey. He is a profound trumpeter, and he uses this to play and also plays it in most of the songs he does. This has made him so phenomenal in every recording he creates because this will always show his creativity, and you will be able to recognize who is playing even without knowing who is playing in the song.

I have known this man's for a long period since I was growing up, and his trumpet drew me closer to his songs because then I couldn't figure out the real difference between saxophone and trumpet, and I had a big love for saxophone. So I always think he plays the sax instead of the trumpet. So when I discovered this, I had already liked his music, so I moved along with it. I chose to do a cover of this song because of the title, which says you are god.

He is God over everything we do and over every circumstance we find ourselves in; he is still God. When things become hard, he is God and the song says, You are God from the beginning to the end; there is no place for argument, you are God all by yourself. This song has a big meaning. When you read and digest the lyrics of the song alone, even without singing it, you will understand everything it says, and you will know that indeed, God is all we have got.

I played this song in the key of C and modulated to the key of D towards the end. Don't mind the way I started the song or attacked the song. The instrumental was a bit cunny, I had to use my head to create something with it, but I hope you enjoy it and let it flow with the music. Stay tuned.

Originalmente, esta canción fue creada por un cantante popular nigeriano llamado Nathaniel bassey. Él es un trompetista profundo, y usa esto para tocar y también lo toca en la mayoría de las canciones que hace. Toqué esta canción en la tonalidad de Do y modulé a la tonalidad de Re hacia el final. No os molestéis por la forma en que empecé la canción ni por cómo la ataqué. El instrumental era un poco cutre, tuve que usar la cabeza para crear algo con él, pero espero que lo disfrutéis y que fluya con la música. Estad atentos.
