Music Review: Ma Mikan (Don't be weary) by Shola Allyson

Hello, lovers of music! It's another great time today, and I would like to share this new song that I just discovered from the music store. I had to check it out and listen to it to hear what message the song was passing. The title of this song is Ma Mikan (which means don't be weary). This song was sung and written by a Nigerian-renowned singer who has been one of the best gospel music singers both home and abroad, and her name is Shola Allyson. I love to listen to her songs so much because of her ways of passing messages.

Actually, no matter how much you love a music, there are times when you might feel a bit off about some genre of music, even if you like them, and you will just wish to switch to another music and try another style of music because one must be diversified in listening to music if not one will eventually get tired. When I heard this song, I was a bit touched because I heard it on a friend's phone, and I went online to search for the lyrics before I got the song.

This song talks about having courage about yourself and not being scared or baffled about what the future holds for you. The songs say, Prince and Princess, don't be scared and do not forget that your father owns the throne. It is never possible for you to be the son and daughter of the king and still be scared of anyone harming you because you are sure and certain that you have those to fight for you, and your father won't ever accept this.

In this song, the singer is making this illustration to explain that God is never forgetting us, and we should never be afraid that he is surely with us. This song brings strong hope to everyone who might feel so demoralized, especially during this time when the economy and everything seems upside down and no one understands how everything is going, but we should always summon courage because things will surely be better.

This song is a song that fills the soul and heart when you listen to it and relate to the lyrics of the song. Among all the other song albums that Shola Allyson has produced. This song happens to be one of the great songs I love so much because she did the song with much understanding, and the lyrics are very clear and good. A big shout-out to the singer, and I hope to get more from her soon.

While reading and listening to the music, I felt as though Shola had a direct line to my emotions because my spirit was uplifted.

The message of not being weary and finding strength in knowing that we are never alone because God is our Father is so important, especially in challenging times.

Thank you for sharing.

By the way, did you notice the YouTube link had no preview? I had to copy and paste on a different tap to listen to the song. Can you fix that @the-lead?

I listened to the song but couldn't fully interpret, glad you did a little bit of that for me.

The interpretation is quite powerful. If God is always here for us, then we have nothing to worry about in life.
