Reading and listening to you today was a godsend. You sing so nicely, Fer ; u ; what a great topic, and how well you've broken it down. Just this week, I've been thinking a lot about how to reconcile all those things (I have no shortage of desire to improve, let go, and heal, but it hurts my brain. Conscious introspection and searching for everything necessary to reconcile and be consistent is difficult!) 🧠 🙌 🫀

Maria, it's so nice to have you here. Thank you so much for your wonderful words. Healing takes time. The important thing is not to rush it or despair. Take it easy and let it all flow. When you feel bad, just do what you love to do to dissociate yourself from the bad things until you reach a point where everything goes away on its own.
