A little backstory on how I ended up doing this song. I'd originally recorded another song yesterday and I loved it but I didn't realise until I was checking the final edits to my video that the sound quality wasn't good or even manageable.
It destabilized me for a bit there because I was managing a sore throat to sing (nobody likes to do retakes, but more especially in that situation, no?)😫

Anyhoo, I decided to give it another shot today and I ended up changing my song choice to this. The instrumentals are a little fast paced at some points but I really couldn't bear to stop and find a better one to redo this, as my voice needed much due rest at that point.😅

When we were young by Adele is such a beautiful song. I've probably gotten lost in thought listening to it a couple of times, especially with that "I'm so sad/mad I'm getting old" line, so relatable tbh.❤
