Beautiful piece and playing. I think 'triggers' that lead us to compose music (or create anything really) is a super interesting topic worth more posts and exploration!

Hey hey!

Probably make a good post at some point but some initial thoughts are:

  • Dreams - do dreams trigger people to create music?
  • Emotional real life experiences (relationship related are an obvious one but basically - anything we are emotional about could lead to the desire to create)

For me personally though - I'm currently close to finishing the music for my first album and all the track on that started as jams on my Twitch stream. It's there that I find I am the most creative and get into the flow of feeling and creativity. So rather than it being a particular event or even emotion it's more just letting go of everything outside of that moment and just feeling it.
