VOX VT100X Valvetronix - Guitar Amp Review
Here is a basic review of the core sounds you can achieve from a Vox VT100X Valvetronix. Please note that this is turned right down in terms of volume and gain. I will make another video showing you just how crazy these tones can become once you literally touch that Power dial and of course the volume. I have played live with this amp in a fairly large venue (~300 capacity), and it wasn't even cranked halfway. When I do give it some more volume, the tones really open up. I am very impressed with this amp.
I also picked this up for $500NZD, which is around 300USD or ~225GBP. The New Zealand dollar is weak these days so conversions seem cheap haha. I tried to make the intro as quick as possible, so you can hear less of me talking and more amp sounds. I am just having a general jam, trying to throw some rhythm and lead in. Played on an Epiphone Les Paul Custom with Seymour Duncans, and recorded into my Behringer Condenser mic. I would say that the mic isn't doing the amp justice. There is a warmer tone to the ear, maybe the mic position was too far. Also, there are many ways to program in various bands and settings for you into the pedal. At least 8 in each 'bank' to switch through each channel. More than enough for me! Can provide more detail if required.
Disclaimer - I had just put some new strings on... so... yes ;) I know!

That's an awesome review, where it's easy to imagine all the possibilities the amp offers. BTW Great riffs you played for that!
