Note - I am away from the 6th - 21st so my apologies for not responding much over this time, I won't have access to everything like usual.

However, I couldn't head off without posting my entry for week 13, and this time, I wanted to give something a little longer - two solos for the price of one haha!!

Yes, this is a BATTLE OF BLUES! A showdown between the two most iconic guitars in rock

STRAT vs LES PAUL

Yes... I know this is not a 'real' stratocaster, but it is a strat style and has single coils. I think I got a nice blues tone from it, was going SRV sound!

This sure was a lot of fun :) best of luck to all! Let's keep rocking! This competition is awesome!

I generally like the strato, and I was thinking Wow, it sounds incredible on the scales in the high tones...But the Les Paul with the microphone in the bottom hambucker below, uff sounds brutal and the high tones are incredible. Anyway brother, either way it sounds brutal because you are a master of the guitar and scales. Greetings mi pana. Rock+Roll

Hello @sunsethunter. You have shown me once again that your are a great guitarist, I loved your soloes and the feeling you putted then. And I have to be honest I like more the Les Paul, and also I like mira the Hambucker sound it's mira like a hard rock sound and that's what I like (also because it's slash's guitar jeje)
