Happy Friday everyone! Let's roll into the weekend with good intentions and a positive mindset!

Here, I present something a little different, something smoother than my usual rock solo!

I am trying to be a little more controlled with my playing, and just slow it all down. Taking my time is not always something I do with guitar solos haha! So here is a fully improvised jam over an awesome backing track! I will post the link below for anyone else who wants to check it out or maybe jam over it themselves:

I can really hear some cool parts in my head when playing, and (like everyone) am my own biggest critic. I just play for fun these days and to improve, so I feel if I record over this solo again I can put together some of the sections I liked and work around them! I have always been mostly improvised when I solo, and I think I will always have it that way :)

Anyways, I hope you all enjoy! Next time I will come with something a little harder ;)

oh yes - if anyone likes the rock band 'Extreme' (more than words, get the funk out etc etc) you should check out their new music! The guitarist Nuno Bettencourt is incredible!

Siempre me encanta el sonido de la guitarra eléctrica, me llama mucho la atención, porque produce una energía increíble... Me gustó mucho esta improvisación, sigue trayéndonos este tipo de videos, sigue así.... Puedo escucharlo una y otra vez para relajarme y solo disfrutar sin duda.

Fantastic work you did here. I love a slow and steady beat. It is more Melodic and relaxing.

Man! You made me pick up my guitar today. It's been so long since I really played on my guitar, and listening to you with those licks made me happy.

I have listened some of your other videos and I'm inspired to play again. Beautiful sound, mate. I loved everything about the improv; the bends, the solos, and the facial expressions, lol.

Super wow. This is an amazing performance. I loved your interpretation. I can feel how the notes flow, as if it were a space trip or to the depths of the sea.
